Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AppAnalizer (the “Service”), available at appanalizer.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AppAnalizer is a market-research tool for Shopify app developers. It aggregates and analyzes publicly available information about apps listed on the Shopify App Store — ratings, review counts, pricing, categories and related metadata — to help you find underserved niches and evaluate opportunities.

2. Accounts

Signing in requires a Google account or an email magic link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You may not share one paid account across multiple people or organizations.

3. Plans, billing and refunds

• The Service offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Business subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Current prices are listed on the pricing page.
• You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download data from the Service, or resell or redistribute the data or exports to third parties;
• share your API key or use it beyond your plan’s intended limits;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.

5. Data accuracy and no advice

Metrics shown in the Service are derived from publicly available Shopify App Store data and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Revenue figures are estimates based on public signals, not measured financials. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal or investment advice — always do your own research before building or investing. AppAnalizer is an independent research tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and original content are the property of AppAnalizer. App names, logos and trademarks shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppAnalizer’s total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
