Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AppAnalizer (the “Service”) collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service and to measure our advertising.

1. Data we collect

2. Cookies

The Service uses an authentication cookie to keep you signed in, and chat-support cookies set by Crisp when the chat widget loads (they keep your conversation attached to your browser). Traffic analytics are cookieless (Vercel Analytics) and do not identify you.

We also run the Google Ads tag, which sets advertising and measurement cookies. It lets us see which ad brought you here and whether that visit led to a sign-up or a subscription, and it may be used by Google to show you our ads elsewhere. You can opt out at any time through Google Ads Settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

3. Processors

Your data is processed by the following providers, strictly to operate the Service:

We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone else.

4. Retention

Search logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists and deleted when your account is deleted.

5. Public API and marketplace subscribers

This section applies if you use the AppAnalizer REST API through a third-party marketplace such as RapidAPI. You may have no AppAnalizer account at all, in which case the sections above do not describe you.

For every API request we record the subscriber identifier the marketplace passes to us, the endpoint called, the query parameters you sent, and a timestamp. We do not store your IP address. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), for two purposes: preventing abuse of the API, and reconciling the usage that the marketplace bills on our behalf. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days.

The marketplace is a separate data controller: it holds your account, your payment details and its own usage records, under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card details. To request access to, or deletion of, the data we hold about your API usage, email admin@appanalizer.com.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Email admin@appanalizer.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Data controller and contact

The data controller is AppAnalizer, reachable at admin@appanalizer.com. If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above will reflect it.
