Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AppAnalizer (the “Service”) collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service — no ads, no third-party tracking.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address and optional display name, via Google sign-in or an email magic link (handled by Supabase Auth).
- Billing data — paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store only your plan and subscription status.
- Usage data — the searches and filters you run in the app, kept to improve the product.
2. Cookies
The Service uses essential and functional cookies only: an authentication cookie to keep you signed in, and chat-support cookies set by Crisp when the chat widget loads (they keep your conversation attached to your browser). There are no advertising cookies. Traffic analytics are cookieless (Vercel Analytics) and do not identify you.
3. Processors
Your data is processed by the following providers, strictly to operate the Service:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Crisp — chat and email support inbox.
- Vercel — application hosting.
We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone else.
4. Retention
Search logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists and deleted when your account is deleted.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Email admin@appanalizer.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
6. Data controller and contact
The data controller is AppAnalizer, reachable at admin@appanalizer.com. If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above will reflect it.
